Narcotics Anonymous Meetings

The newly established Narcotics Anonymous meetings in Hinton will take place on Mondays and Fridays at 7 p.m. and Saturdays at 3 p.m. in the basement of the Ascension Episcopal Church, located on the corner of 5th Avenue and Temple Street in Hinton, WV.

Second Saturdays

Date: Every 2nd Saturday May-September

Location: Hinton, WV

Second Saturdays kicks off its third season in downtown Hinton beginning Saturday May 11 running through Saturday September 14 th . The Hinton Hot Rod Association, local artisans, local clubs , and unique food vendors will be on hand each 2nd Saturday to be part of the Music, Food, and Fun.

American Music Association Bluegrass Band and Jam Session

On the first Saturday of each month, the American Music Association will be hosting bluegrass music in the Vietnam Veterans Center in Princeton at 5:30 p.m.

Veterans Memorial Museum Opening

Date: Every Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Location: 423 Ballengee St., Hinton, WV

Starting June 1 through Veterans Day on November 11, the Veterans Memorial Museum will be open to the public every Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The museum features exhibits with artifacts from every major war or conflict from the Early Frontier era to modern conflicts in Afghanistan. For those interested in attending the Veterans Memorial Museum, the museum is located on 423 Ballengee St. Hinton, WV.

Campbell-Flannagan-Murrell House Musuem Opening

On Saturday, May 25, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., the Campbell-Flannagan-Murrel House Museum will be opening to the public following some recent restorations. The Summers County Farmers Market opens on Saturday, June 22, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the parking lot of the Lifeline Church on Stokes Drive, Hinton, WV. The market will continue to be open on Saturdays for the 2019 season.
